LCT Ride and Stride RESULTS 2025
Our sincere thanks to all who helped organise and take part in the event. This event gives an enormous boost to the amount we have available to give back to our hardworking churches around the diocese to help with the ever increasing burden of caring for their beautiful buildings, at the heart of their communities.
This year’s Ride and Stride event will take place on Saturday 12th September 2026.
This is the day that churches throw open their doors for people to visit – either walking, cycling, or by any other inventive means. To help you take part you can print off the sponsor form below. There is also a visitable churches leaflet which can be downloaded to help you plan your route, please be aware that some churches may find it difficult to find people to man them, so they may not be open. It has been impossible to obtain accurate up-to-date information about access and toilet facilities at the many churches throughout the diocese for some years so we no longer give that information, I am afraid. If such information is vital for your visit please try to obtain the information from the churches in question before visiting.
Also, for the first time, we are offering the option of participating via the JustGiving site, connecting via the QR code link below. We offer some suggestions below for how to make the best use of your JustGiving page.

We look forward to a peaceful day enjoying our beautiful churches, stunning countryside and fresh air and wish all our riders and walkers a lovely and safe day.
